Pumpkin Seed Butter Brownies

  • ⅓ cup Coconut Oil
  • 1⅓ cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • ½ cup Pumpkin Seed Butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup flour
  • ¾ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  1. Melt butter in saucepan.
  2. Beat in brown sugar, Pumpkin Seed Butter, vanilla and eggs until well blended.
  3. Add flour, baking powder, soda, salt, and blend well.
  4. Pour into a 9" x 12" pan (oiled with Coconut Oil).
  5. Bake in oven preheated to 350°F (180°C) for 20-30 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  6. If desired, frost with Pumpkin Seed Butter Frosting.
