Ingredients
  • ¾ cup (180 ml) Soya milk, Skim milk, or Fruit juice
  • ½ Banana or Other fruit
  • 4 Tbsp (60 ml) Yogurt or Soft naturally fermented tofu
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) Prune Extract
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Hi-Lignan┬« Nutri Flax┬« Powder
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Nutmeg (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Ginger (optional)
Instructions
  1. Put ingredients in blender; blend for 15 seconds.
