- ¾ cup skim milk, soy milk or fruit juice
- ½ medium banana (or other fruit)
- 4 Tbsp yogurt (or soft naturally fermented tofu)
- 1 tsp apple juice concentrate (or maple syrup)
- 1 Tbsp Flax Seed Oil
- 1 Tbsp Hi-Lignan® Nutri Flax® Powder
- Cinnamon, nutmeg, and/or ginger to taste (optional)
- Pour all ingredients in a blender. Blend until desired consistency is reached. Let warm slightly before serving and then adjust consistency and seasoning.
