Ingredients
- 1 can White beans rinsed or
- 1½ cups Cooked white beans, mashed
- ½ cup Pumpkin Seed Butter
- ½ cup Water
- ¼ cup Lime juice
- 2 cloves Garlic, chopped
- 6 drops Tabasco
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Black pepper
- ½ bunch Cilantro, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Pumpkin Seed Oil
- 6 drops Garlic-Chili Flax Oil
- 1 Shallot
- 1 tsp. Fresh ginger, chopped
Instructions
- Blend it up!
- Great with pistachio crackers, pita bread or fresh vegetables.
