  • 3 cups Flat egg noodles, raw
  • 3 stalks Broccoli
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 cup Carrots
  • ½ lb. Mushrooms
  • 1 lb. Mung sprouts
  • ½ cup Water chestnuts
  • ½ cup Bamboo shoots
  • ½ lb. Naturally Fermented Tofu
  • 3 Tbsp. Coconut Oil
  • 3 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
  • ¼ cup Sherry
  • ¼ cup Tamari and/or oyster sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. Ginger, fresh grated
  • 1 tsp. Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Sesame seeds
  1. Cook the egg noodles.
  2. Slice broccoli, onions, mushrooms, carrots, water chestnuts and bamboo shoots.
  3. Drain and rinse tofu and cut in cubes.
  4. Crush garlic.
  5. Saute onions and ginger in Coconut Oil.
  6. Add the Sesame Oil.
  7. Add remaining ingredients except tofu and saute until the vegetables have a bright color.
  8. Then add tofu, stir carefully and serve as soon as the tofu is hot.
  9. Sprinkle the dish with sesame seeds.
