  • 5 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, as desired
  • ½ cup Omega Nutrition Coconut Oil
  • Fresh parsley if desired
  1. In one bowl wisk eggs
  2. In a seperate bowl, mix almond flour and garlic salt
  3. Heat coconut oil in large skillet
  4. Coat chicken in eggs then coat in flour mix
  5. Place tenderloins in skillet, cook evenly on both sides or 10 minutes each side.
  6. Add garnish
